Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
